Subject of the contract
QCars.md provides intermediary services for importing vehicles from South Korea to the Republic of Moldova: selection, inspection, transport, customs and registration.
Order process
The order becomes firm after paying a 30% deposit. The rest is paid on delivery in Chișinău.
- The standard delivery time is 14 business days.
- Delays caused by external factors do not incur penalties.
- The client receives a weekly report on the order status.
Warranty
All vehicles include a 12-month QCars warranty that covers:
- Engine and main components
- Gearbox (automatic or manual)
- Main electrical system
The warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by improper use.
Return policy
If the Seoul inspection finds technical issues not declared in the original listing, the deposit is fully refunded within 5 business days.
Liability
QCars.md is responsible for the quality of the technical inspection and the integrity of transport. We are not liable for currency fluctuations or changes in customs regulations occurring after order confirmation.

Personal data processing is carried out according to Privacy Policy. Your GDPR rights are detailed in full in that document.
Disputes
Any dispute is resolved amicably. Otherwise, the courts of Chișinău have jurisdiction, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
