Order and payment
How does the order process work?
You pick the car from the catalog, place the order, pay a 30% deposit, and we handle everything else — inspection, transport, customs, registration.
What deposit is required?
The standard deposit is 30%. The rest is paid on delivery, after the final inspection.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, cash (up to the legal limit), leasing, mixed payment.
Can I finance through leasing?
Yes, minimum 20% deposit, 12-60 months term. Approval in 3-5 business days.
Import process
How long does the full import take?
The standard process takes 14 business days: 1-4 selection/inspection, 5-11 sea transport, 12-14 customs and handover.
What happens if an issue appears during inspection?
The deposit is fully refunded within 5 business days and we can look for an alternative at no extra cost.
Can I see the car before buying?
Yes. We provide a detailed photo/video report and arrange a live video call with the car.
How does transport work?
Sea transport in a closed container, full insurance included. Real-time tracking from Busan to Constanța.
Warranty and service
What does the QCars warranty cover?
Engine, transmission and main electrical system, 12 months. Does not cover normal wear.
Where can I service the car?
Partner network of authorized services in Chișinău and major cities.
What happens after the warranty expires?
Free technical consultation continues. Direct access to Korean suppliers — parts in 2-3 weeks.
Documents and customs
What documents do I get with the car?
Technical booklet, registration certificate, conformity certificate, tax invoice, Seoul inspection report, customs declaration.
Does the car come already registered?
Yes. We register it in the client name before handover.
Are there hidden fees?
No. The initial offer includes everything: car price, transport, customs, registration, warranty. The only optional extra cost is CASCO.
