• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Data about the vehicle of interest
• Technical browsing data (cookies, IP, browser)

• Order processing and billing
• Service-related communication
• Technical assistance and customer support
• Improving site experience (aggregated analysis)

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We share only with:

• Transport and logistics partners
• Customs and registration authorities (legally required)
• Authorized payment processors

We use functional cookies (session, preferences) and analytical ones (anonymous statistics). You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting the basic functioning of the site.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you have the following rights:

• Access to your data
• Rectification of inaccurate information
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability
• Restriction of processing

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure storage and restricted access. Our staff signs confidentiality agreements and receives regular data protection training.

Order data is kept for 5 years (legal requirement for fiscal and customs documents). Marketing data is deleted on request or automatically after 2 years of inactivity.
